At Dreams Unlimited we are constantly monitoring for discounts .
When specials are announced, our system automatically flags any
current reservation that may be eligible for the lowered price. Our agents then
check to see if the reservation can be converted to the sale promotion. While we cannot guarantee that we will be able to lower your rate,
we will work diligently to make it happen.

- Is Dreams Unlimited a travel agency?
A -
Not in the traditional sense. While we are CLIA Certified
and insured travel agency, we are more a travel service than anything
else. We specialize entirely in Walt Disney World®
Resort, Disney Cruise Line®, Disneyland® and Orlando
vacations. We like to think of ourselves as a Travel Service,
not a traditional travel agency.

- Do I have to pay you up front for my vacation?
A -
No. The deposit requirements are set by Walt Disney Travel Co., Inc.(deposit
rates vary based on the resort or package you select). That
deposit is made via Dreams Unlimited directly with Disney. At no time
does Dreams Unlimited ever charge your credit card. This way you are assured
that your deposit is applied directly to your vacation at the time
of booking. Packages do require that you pay the balance 45
days prior to your arrival. Again, that payment is made directly
to Disney via Dreams Unlimited.

- I hear horror stories all the time about Travel Agencies
that went out of business, and people lost their vacations?
What guarantees do I have doing business with you?
A -
Since we don't charge your credit card, and since you never pay
Dreams Unlimited for your vacation, you will never have to worry
about this. When making your reservations, you provide
us with your credit card information for booking. We, in turn,
provide that information to Disney. Disney then charges your
card. This way you are assured that every payment you make
towards your vacation is applied directly to your reservation.

- How much does your service cost?
A -
NOTHING! Our fees are paid by our commissions through Disney.
You receive the same price for the rooms and tickets you book with
us as you would if you called Disney yourself. In many cases,
we can find discounts and other promotional offerings that you might
not know about.

- How does your service work?
A -
It's simple! Just fill out the appropriate on-line request
form for the type of vacation you wish to book (hotel only, packages,
cruise line, land sea package, etc.) Once we receive your
information, we'll try to find the best possible price, and will
notify you via email within 2 business days. At that time, we
will let you know all your options to book your Disney Vacation
with Dreams Unlimited.

- How is it possible that you can provide these services free of
charge?

We make our money through commissions paid to us by Disney.
The price you pay is the same, whether you book through Disney directly,
or through Dreams Unlimited.

- How does the "Discount Checking" service work?
A
- On some occasions, Disney will lower their rates. This decision is usually based on time of year, resort, occupancy
rates, etc.

- Will you make Advanced Dining Reservations for us at Disney World
Restaurants?
A -
Advance Dining Reservations is a service we offer to all guests who book with Dreams Unlimited. Your Vacation Planning Consultant will
work with you to decide what restaurants you wish to experience,
and will take care of the rest. It is important to note, however,
that some Advance Dining Reservations are very difficult to arrange
(such the Cinderella's Royal Table Character meals). While
our agents will make every effort to secure these reservations for you (we have a great track record), we cannot guarantee
them in every circumstance.

- Who will charge my credit card when the reservation is made?
A -
It will depend on what type of vacation you are booking. When
you book a Walt Disney World Resort Vacation Package, Room only Reservation or
a Disney Cruise Line vacation, your credit card will be charged
directly by Disney. If you book a room at one of our many off-property hotel partners, the hotel will charge your card directly.

- Can I use your itinerary planning services even if I don't book
through you?
A -
At this time, our planning service is available only to customers
who book through us. If demand warrants, we might offer this
service in the future for those not booking through Dreams Unlimited.

- Are the reservations I make through Dreams Unlimited the same
as reservations I would make directly through Disney?
A -
Yes. You will receive two confirmation numbers: The Dreams reservation number and the Disney confirmation number.

- Then why should I use your service?
A -
There are several reasons to use our service. First, if you
are booking through Dreams Unlimited, we constantly check to see if new deals are being offered
that would lower your rates. Second, we will handle all of
your Advance Dining Reservations at Disney World restaurants,
book tours, etc. and third, we will provide you with a detailed itinerary, customized
to your needs. No other travel service offers this much!

- I want to use your service, but I have already made my reservations
through my Travel Agent.
A -
Out of professional courtesy, we can not convert reservations held
by other Travel Agents.
