*NOTE:  By submitting one of these forms to Dreams Unlimited Travel for a Walt Disney World and/or Disneyland Resort reservation you are authorizing us to transfer your existing reservation.  If you are submitting a transfer request for a Disney Cruise Line reservation, we will review your request and contact you with our Onboard Credit offer prior to the transfer of your reservation.

If you do not want to transfer your Disney Cruise Line, Walt Disney World or Disneyland reservation at this time, but simply looking for price comparisons, please fill out a new reservation request form.
