RCCL has combined the luxury of staying in some pretty cool suites with the elevated service offered to suite guests that emphasizes exclusive access and a personal cruise experience.

As a guest in the Star Service Class, you will receive special communication from RCCL. Eight days after booking, you will receive a welcome email. Six weeks prior to sailing, the Royal Genie will contact you and ask you to complete a survey with your preferences. From that survey, the Royal Genie will customize your vacation. Two weeks before sailing, the Royal Genie will contact you and confirm all your arrival information through email. Ten days before sailing, you will be invited by the Royal Genie to download the Loop App which is an exclusive Star messaging tool. This will allow you to communicate with the Royal Genie.
