Banking
Cash machines (ATMs) are available in the General Store.  Transportation & Dining Desk offers foreign currency exchange services.

Check-in/Check-out
Check-in is 4 p.m. and check-out is 10 a.m.  We appreciate our guests’ cooperation in observing the 10 a.m. check-out time so that the villa may be serviced for newly arriving guests.  Guests arriving early may check their bags with the front desk prior to check-in time.

If a guest’s traveling schedule does not coincide with the resort check-out time, the Bell Services staff will be happy to temporarily store their luggage once the guest has vacated their villa. 

Express check-out is also available, providing for a quick and convenient check-out.

Groceries
For any grocery needs, our on-site General Store is available. For a nominal fee, villas can be pre-stocked with both groceries and laundry products.

Mail/Packages
The front desk can accommodate delivery and pick-up of special parcels. For our guests’ convenience, there is a mail box on property in front of the Reception Center.

Newspapers
The Orlando Sentinel, USA Today, Wall Street Journal, and a variety of foreign and other newspapers, plus an assortment of popular magazines and paperbacks are available for purchase at the General Store.

Post Office
The front desk has postage stamps for sale. Letters and postcards can be left with the front desk, the mail station in the Reception Center, and the lobby of the Fountains Recreation Center for mailing. A post office mail box is located in front of the Reception Center.

Pre-Stock Villas
For a nominal fee, villas can be pre-stocked with both groceries and laundry products.

Special Occasions
Celebrating a special occasion such as a birthday or anniversary while on vacation? Balloon bouquets and card deliveries are available through the Activities Department for a nominal fee.

Translation Services
If language translation services are required, the Attractions, Transportation, & Dining desk can provide a list of area translation services.

Video Game Arcade
Great fun for the kids. Video game arcades are located in the Spa Recreation Center, the Fountains Recreation Center, the Springs Recreation Center, and the Cascades Recreation Center.

Video Movie Rental
Each Vistana villa features a videotape player. Videotapes are available for rental at the General Store, Flamingo Cafe, and Springs Recreation Center. A major credit card is required for renting movies.

• Zimmie’s Bar & Grill - Zimmie's serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. Zimmie’s offers a Haagen Dazs ice cream shoppe, delectable snacks, fresh salad, burgers, kid's meals and creative sandwiches. Cocktails are available at Zimmie's sports Bar with service alongside the Super Pool. Watch sporting events on 5 TV's and a state-of-the-art satellite system.
  
• The Market Place - Serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. Appetizers, burgers, hot and cold sandwiches. Enjoy frozen cocktails on the pool-deck or at Coral Reef Bar.
  
• Castaways Bar & Grill - The Castaways Bar & Grill serves lunch and dinner. Enjoy the full bar, appetizers, home style Southern fried chicken, burgers and specialty sandwiches.
