The Holiday Villas consist of two different properties: The Villas of Somerset and Laguna Bay Villas. They both give you the choice of staying in either two or three bedroom condominium style holiday lodging and they are both conveniently located within 7 miles of all the major Orlando area theme parks. They provide complimentary transportation to Walt Disney World and select area shopping centers.  The villas themselves are havens from the conundrum of holiday life. With the added space and amenities comes the freedom to take a day and relax at your home away from home.

Villa Features:

Two Bedroom Villa: Sleeps up to six persons, with one queen bed, two twin beds, queen sleeper sofa, and a baby crib.
Three Bedroom Villa: Sleeps up to eight persons, with one queen bed, four twin beds, queen sleeper sofa, and a baby crib.

Other amenities include:

• Fully equipped kitchens with a stove/oven, large microwave oven, refrigerator with icemaker, dishwasher, disposal, cookware, utensils, coffeemaker, toaster, cutlery, dishware, flatware, and much more.

The Holiday Villas have two pools with a lot of deck space for sun bathing and lounging; a recreation center (which is also the courtesy office) which is open from 8am to 11pm and houses a snack center where you can buy snacks, basic pharmaceuticals, film, batteries or cigarettes and cigars for those who choose to indulge. The work-out center is also located in this building and has treadmills, Nautilus equipment, and a dry bath sauna.
