IMPORTANT
NOTICE FOR PASSENGERS TRAVELING WITH CHILDREN
Our
online booking system does not intially quote
the price for a child as a third or forth passenger.
The price for children is not reflected until
after specific information on each passenger is
entered. This is done after you enter credit card
information BUT BEFORE you are committed to putting
a deposit on your cruise. At the end of the process,
you will see a final quote before having to decide
whether you wish to purchase that cruise.
Q:
How do I use your online booking engine?
A:
It's very simple. First, start by selecting the
destination you would like to visit. Once you
click on a destination, the rest of the options
change to reflect that. Then select which month/year
you would like to travel in, followed by the number
of days you would like to cruise. With each selection,
the system will narrow down all the cruise lines
that are matching your criteria. Once the system
has narrowed down 50 cruises or less, it will
begin displaying the individual sailings. You
can continue to narrow down your search by selecting
a particular cruise line, a specific ship, or
a port of embarkation. Once you have selected
the cruise you would like to research, you can
click on the ITINERARY link to see where that
cruise sails to, or you can select the SHIP INFO
link to see more information on that particular
vessel. When you select the ship and itinerary
you want, click on the CHECK PRICING to begin
that phase of your inquiry.
Q:
Why does it say that a particular cruise line
is not available at this time?
A:
From time to time, the connection with the individual
cruise lines go down. This could be because of
a technical problem with the cruise line, or because
the cruise line is performing scheduled maintenance
on their databases. Remember, our booking engine
shows you last stateroom availability directly
from the cruise lines reservation system.
Q:
Why can't I see prices for children?
A:
This is a limitation of the system that we hope
will be corrected soon. Unless otherwise noted,
the price shown for third and fourth passenger
is for an ADULT. At the time you receive a quote
from the system (based on all your selections),
you will see a total price, along with an option
to book that cruise, or have one of our agents
contact you with more information. After entering
your credit card information (but before making
a final commitment), you will fill out information
on each passenger traveling in your party. At
that time, the system will give you the correct
pricing for each child.
Q:
I priced the same cruise out with another agency,
and your price is much lower. How can you offer
the same cruise at such a lower price?
A:
Simple. We discount each and every one of our
cruises over and above the discounts offered by
the individual cruise lines. It is also important
to remember that the price of a stateroom can
vary drastically depending on how full a particular
cruise is. A discount that was available yesterday,
may not be available today, and vice versa. That's
why you should take advantage of a good deal as
soon as you see it. If you wait too long, it won't
be there!
Q:
What is Dreams cancellation policy?
A:
Dreams does not impose a cancellation policy of
its own, rather the cancellation policy of the
individual cruise line applies to all reservations
made. For a complete list of cancellation policies,

Q:
Will I get one of the Dreams Unlimited customized
itineraries with my cruise?
A:
We do not provide custom itineraries with our
cruise product, which is one of the reasons that
we are able to offer our cruises at such a discounted
price. However, our team of expert agents is always
available to help you with any questions you might
have, and we will do whatever is necessary to
ensure that you have an outstanding cruise experience.
Our customer service is legendary! Just read what
our clients have said about us (click here for

Q:
Does Dreams Unlimited charge my credit card?
A:
NO! Dreams will NEVER charge your credit card
for any reason. Your credit card information is
securely transmitted directly to the cruise line,
and your payment is applied. Dreams does not keep
records of your credit card information, and no
one will ever ask you to provide that information
via email. Any credit card transaction supplied
to Dreams will always be done via a secure page
on our site.
Q:
What if I'm pregnant?
A:
Pregnancy is regarded as a medical condition.
The cruise line may require a medical certificate
establishing the passenger's due date and fitness
to travel. In no case will the cruise line permit
passengers who are 24 weeks or more into pregnancy
to travel.
Q:
What are cruise line policies regarding passengers
under the age of 21?
A:
Guests under the age of 21 years must be accompanied
in the same cabin by a parent, grandparent, or
guardian 25 years of age or older.
Q:
Important information regarding cruises through
the Panama Canal:
A:
For itineraries including a stop in Panama or
passage through the Panama Canal, a valid U.S.
Passport is required for all U.S. Citizens. For
Non-U.S. Citizens, please contact the Panama Consulate
to verify the appropriate documentation.
Q:
What if I want to purchase airfare with my
cruise?
A:
The booking process will allow you to aid air
to any reservation (provided an air package is
offered through the individual cruise line). If
air is not offered, you are responsible for all
air and ground transfers. If you have purchased
airfare with the cruise line, please be advised
that your flights may arrive/depart Miami or Ft.
Lauderdale for Miami sailings, any mid-Florida
airport for Port Canaveral or Tampa sailings,
Seattle-Tacoma International Airport for Vancouver
sailings, Hobby or Intercontinental airports in
Houston for Galveston sailings and any New York
area airport for New York sailings. Canada imposes
a user fee on guests departing from Vancouver
International Airport. This fee is collected at
check-in. The fee is $10 CDN for destinations
in North America (subject to change).
Q:
How do I go about getting a passport or Visa?
A:
The U.S. Dept of State is responsible for issuing
Passports for travel to other countries. There
are, however, a series of very reputable "expeditors"
who handle the bulk of the paperwork for you.
We recommend InstantPassport.com
If
you prefer to go through conventional channels
to get your passport, visit the US State Dept
Site at http://travel.state.gov/passport_services.html
